npj Living does not allow any refund for change of mind or on sale items.
If you receive an item that is not quite right, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit as long as the item is unopened/unused. All returns are at the discretion of npj LIVING.
Return postage for change of mind purchases are paid for by purchaser and will be issued a store credit upon approval.
If you receive your parcel and a product is damaged or faulty please contact us on 03 99882928 or via email within 24 hours of receiving your order to organise the replacement or refund of the item.
