Returns & Refunds
Not Plain Jane does not allow any refund for change of mind or on sale items.
If you receive an item that is not quite right, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit as long as the item is unopened/unused and in original packaging. All returns are at the discretion of Not Plain Jane.
Return postage for change of mind purchases are paid for by the purchaser and will be issued a store credit upon approval.
If you receive your parcel and a product is damaged or faulty please contact us on 03 9988 2928 or hello@notplainjane.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your order to organise a replacement or refund of the item.
Order changes or cancellations can only be accepted if your order has not already been dispatched.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
