Shipping & In Store Pick Up
Standard orders placed Monday – Friday (excluding Public Holidays) will be processed and shipped within two business days.
Parcels are shipped via Australia Post. All shipping is at the customers risk. Once items have been dispatched and tracking numbers provided, we do not hold responsibility for lost parcels, or packages damaged in transit.
As we sell our products both in store and online simultaneously, in some unfortunate cases we may not be able to fulfil the order at the time of dispatch.
If this occurs we will contact you immediately, and offer you an alternative or option to cancel your order. We sincerely apologise should this situation arise.
Payments are not processed until items are fulfilled, if the need to cancel an order arises - the payment hold will be cancelled and you will not be charged for unavailable items.
We offer free shipping for orders over $150 - this excludes bulky items such as framed prints and furniture.
Furniture and artwork is currently only available for purchase with In Store Pick Up or by requesting a quote for shipping via hello@notplainjane.com.au
For in store pick up, just follow the prompts and add your details during check out. Pick Up times will be during the store opening hours which are Wednesday - Sunday.
